WorkCover Claims and Representation

Support, advice and representation is provided to members who have sustained an injury or illness and who are entitled to make a claim under Workcover.

Employers have a responsibility under The Workers Compensation Rehabilitation Act 2003 to provide a healthy and safe workplace, and employees have a responsibility not to perform work in an unsafe manner.
