The QNU thanks Queensland Health for providing this opportunity to comment on the National Health and Hospitals Network (NHNN) proposal for Local Health and Hospital Networks (LHHNs). In this submission we respond to the questions Queensland Health has specifically posed in the third of its series of Consultation Papers – Devolution of functions and responsibilities to LHHNs (Consultation Paper No. 3).
