Logging on to the members' only section

1. To log on you will need your green QNU membership card.  There are seven figures in your membership number and the first number will be a "1".  (If you have an old card with a membership number beginning with "0" substitute this first "0" for a "1")
2. Type your membership number in the top box.
3. In the box marked 'password' type your first name and surname as it appears on your QNU membership card - these are the names that you marked as 'preferred' when you became a member of the QNU.  Leave in any apostrophes or hyphens that you may have in your name.  Leave out your middle initial.  The password is case sensitive so remember to put in a capital letter at the beginning of both of your names.  e.g. If your name was Jane Smith your password would be Jane Smith not jane smith
