Member Servicing Centre

The QNU’s member servicing centre (MSC) is the first point of contact for information, enquiries and requests by QNU members.

QNU member servicing officers in the MSC triage urgent member requests and answer member enquiries on issues such as wage rates, working conditions, education, grievance procedures, study options, professional, legal and workers’ compensation issues.

All calls from QNU members should first go to the MSC, unless there is an existing issue that a specific official has responsibility for. If the matter requires progression the MSC staff can provide advice on how to proceed.

The MSC is open from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours members should leave a message, which will be returned as soon as possible.

As member servicing officers take hundreds of calls each week, members are urged to leave a message if they are on another call.
