Are you aged 45+ and work in aged care?

Researchers from Curtin University and the University of South Australia are undertaking a project to examine the experiences of women aged over 45 years who are carers or nurses in the Australian aged care sector.
The researchers want to hear your thoughts on the working conditions in the sector as well as any changes you feel will be beneficial for you and the many other women who work in aged care.
