| The Queensland Nurse is the official journal of the QNU. It is produced 6 times per year and is sent to members at their home addresses. To read the 2004/5 editorials, click on the magazine links.
The journal contains up to date information about wages and working conditions for nurses as well as information on the latest professional developments in nursing. Members are encouraged to contribute 'Letters to the Editor' and we also publish specific articles written by members that are of current interest to the wider membership.
Regular features include:
- Secretary's Report
- Letters to the Editor
- Public, Private and Aged Care sector industrial reports that include updates on the altest developments in enterprise bargaining, other current campaigns or disputes and major cases for Industrial tribunals
- Training news including details of upcoming courses conducted by our specialist training unit
- Occupational Health and Safety news
- National and international news and views
- Professional perspectives that include the latest up to date information about professional developments in nursing
Letters to the Editor
We welcome contributions to The Queensland Nurse and invite members to submit articles or letters to the Editor for publication.

Letters of 200 words or less are preferred

Anonymous letters will not be published

Articles should be no more than 750 typed (preferably emailed) words

Photos may be colour or black and white and we accept both printed and digital photos.
