Members in management

QNU members are employed in a diversity of roles and work settings. Some members are employed in management positions and subsequently, at times, find themselves in positions of conflict.

The QNU recognises the role of managers of health services and appreciates the complexities that often confront them.

Members wanting guidance from the QNU around proper processes for dealing with workplace conflict and grievances can access the QNU’s Members in management guide.

QNU members who occupy management positions should also familiarise themselves with the policy and procedures they are expected to follow by their employers.
